On the 18^th of April, Aunt Fiona celebrated her 30^th birthday BIG STYLE. The theme was The Godfather so basically everyone had to be dressed, MAFIA style. Momma was a bit reluctant to go at first as she really felt that her body was not fit to fit into anything nice.

Then I said to her, you are the most beautiful pregnant mother ever ever, then she took out Daddys favorite dress, the LEOPARD PRINT dress! I love this dress, brings out the Ris Low in momma big time!

As expected, mommy looked stunning to the core. Everyone was just giving compliments to mommy. Of course, she da bomb! Mommy even participated with the catwalk that Aunt Fi organized and guess what, you and Mommy won FIRST PRIZE! SEXAY!

 Mommy couldn’t stay too long as she feels that there is too much cigarette smoke going into her lungs and that might affect you so we left the party right after collecting the GRAND PRIZE for best dressed.

 The following day mommy had pain on her heels and back. A light massage and a bag of hot water should do the trick. Nightwalks also makes a big difference coz it keeps the blood flowing well and also keeps the swelling away.

Momma makes me drink the Cucumber, Celery, Apple, Apple Cider Vinegar and Manuka Honey Juice

 Another technique for easing the water retention and pain on the heels is to lie down with your feel lifted up. This has worked remarkably for Mrs Wong and makes sleeping much easier.
