Every year we travel up to Bangkok to see Gong Gong and Poh Poh, your mother’s parents, my in-laws. Gong Gong and Poh Poh now lives in Bangkok with your “Kau Fu” and “Kau Mou” together with your 2 cousins.

Basically the whole of Mrs Wong’s family now resides in Bangkok and it is a yearly affair that we go back and visit during Chinese New Year. This time round, your “Mama” and “Tai Ma” decided to tag along as they haven’t seen your Gong Gong and Poh Poh for a long time.

| Aunt Wen Hsiao is a very nice lady.....until she loses her temper and behaves like a 3 year old. I am until today, shocked at what i saw last CNY....it was like she was possessed or something |
Usually the eve and the first day of CNY is spent at our house, the second day is a must must lunch with Uncle Teong then we head off to Bangkok either on the 3rd or 4th day. This year I chose the 4th day coz I wanted to spend some time gambling and visiting here before we disappear from Malaysia for 5 days.

Another “Kau Mou” who resides in Miami, Florida, USA comes back here yearly during this period and travels to Bangkok with us together. Its like a big family reunion coz Mrs Wong’s side of the family are everywhere from Australia to Bangkok to Taiwan to USA.

Its always great to see Gong Gong and Poh Poh. Poh Poh cooks only the best dishes for us when we are there. Even she guessed that you were a boy by just looking at the shape of your mommy’s tummy.

Gong Gong is the nicest man alive. Kinda reminds me of my dad, your Yeh Yeh. Soft spoken, man of a few words and calm as ever. Always smiling and always making sure that all his daughters needs are attended to, he is such an awesome man. He is the PERFECT DADDY.

“Tai Poh” ensured that we all went to the 4 faced Buddha to pray for your good health and safety. At age 93, your “Tai Poh” walked a looooooong distance to get to the famous 4 faced Buddha to pray.

This trip to Bangkok brought soooo much happiness for Gong Gong and Poh Poh. They were sooooooo happy to see you. Once you are of age to travel, confirm we will bring you to see Gong Gong and Poh Poh and let them shower you with gifts ya!
