1st "Lou Sang" with UNCLE TEONG

Uncle Chris and Aunt Luxanne's fantastic idea of Dim Sum!
It is the day after daddy’s rawkin party weekend and we were scheduled to have dinner with your Grandfathers sworn brother Uncle Teong to celebrate his eldest son Terrence Teong’s 30th birthday.
GREAT CHOICE......Mrs Wong was REALLY HAPPY
Uncle Teong is your Grandfathers best of the best of the best of the best friend. He has always been there for grandpa during the times when he was suffering from cancer and even now, 6 years after his death, he ensures that our family is taken care of.
Oh look at that MILF.......
Uncle Teong is a man who deserves to respected as our own father and the ever loving Aunty Jos who always, always takes extra car of us. I hope that when you will get to meet these great couple and treat them with the same respect as your mum and dad does.
Its in a dodgy area but hey.....the food is GREAT

Pretty soon dad will be exchanging cars with your Grandma to fit your BUGABOO ride and RAWKIN car seat!
Well anyways back to the story of the day. It is Sunday, also known as RECOVERY SUNDAYS where daddy the aging Party Animal recovers from 2 nights of party. When Mrs Wong woke up, she was in kinda bad mood….why? BECAUSE SHE WAS HUNGRY!!....means it you Jr!!
The partners in CRIME of Kidnapping me......Uncle Colin and Uncle Ernest
Being the usual blur on Sundays, daddy had no idea what to bring momma and jr to eat….then came uncle Christopher….da dawg with a marvelous suggestion of Dim Sum!
Your mum's FAVORITE ingredient in a "Yee Sang"
Within 30 minutes, all 4 of us, Mommy, uncle Chris, Aunt Luxanne and Daddy were ready and rollin to Sungai Buloh Dim Sum. Once we got there, it was the perfect choice of food, it came instantly and it was super YUMMY!
The Yee Sang
After that lunch, mommy said “ I think we should go back to sleep”….means Jr wants his/her afternoon nap NOW NOW NOW!...And so the journey back home was done swiftly and safely. Within minutes we were back home and mommy and Jr was in bed in no time.
Everyone Stands Up and makes a mess out of the tray of food.
Since daddy had nothing to do, he decided to call uncle Colin to go for a massage in Tmn Tun behind Tom, Dick and Harry’s. We went for a good 2 hour body massagem a great recovery exercise the day after heavy nights.
Just look at the happy faces from the Yee Sang
Then came uncle Ernest who kidnapped both me and uncle colin to have some CRAZY Rojak in Paramount Gardens. After that meal, Daddy headed home to prepare for dinner with Uncle Teong.
I tot it was scallops.....but it turned out to be Chicken
In Malaysian Chinese tradition, there is a dish called “Yee Sang”

Yee Sang - consists of strips of raw fish (most commonly salmon), mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients. Yee Sang literally means "raw fish" but since "fish ()" is commonly conflated with its homophone "abundance ()", Yúshēng () is interpreted as a homophone for Yúshēng (余升) meaning an increase in abundance. Therefore, yusheng is considered a symbol of abundance, prosperity and vigor.
Waiting for whats next!
Because of its raw fish and salmon content, i had to be VERY careful with Mommy’s serving. But it is your mommy’s favorite dish during Chinese New Year so I let her have it but making sure there are NO traces of RAW FISH / SALMON in her serving.

Waiting for the Abalone Dish
Terrence....HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Aunt Jos......
Dinner with uncle Teong and family is always special. He is my dads best friend and its always emotional when he comes and talk to us ensuring that all of us are doing fine and both Uncle Teong and Aunt Jos are REALLY excited about your ARRIVAL Jr!
Abalone .....NOICE
